   In other giraffe-dissection-related matters, I would be terribly remiss if I did not mention the INCREDIBLY AWESOME documentary Inside Nature’s Giants, which featured the dissection of a giraffe. This was an episode (link– http://www.channel4.com/programmes/inside-natures-giants/episode-guide/series-1/episode-4) that I consulted on and otherwise helped with, and then we did our own quantitative dissection of the sub-adult and foetal specimens from that episode. To be detailed in future images. This ain’t the Dissect-A-Giraffe Blog so I must switch topics soon…

   Yes, you are right. Inside Nature’s Giants is awesome, very interesting. But we prefer when an opportunity arises document the anatomy of wild animals by the use of simple dissection, photography, and basic measurements.
   In giraffes we work in intestines https://www.zora.uzh.ch/24084/ and heart. We hope to publish about bones and muscles, only need giraffes.
